Children’s Choirs at the Traditional Service
Both Children’s Choirs meet on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.
There are small groups and Disciple Bible Studies for parents that meet at the same time.
The Lord’s
Little Ones (ages 4-6) Directed by Eby Owen.
This beginning children’s choir fosters a love of singing and an understanding of working together in a group. Show and tell time is also a big hit every week. The Lord’s Little Ones sing at both worship services throughout the year as pieces are ready.
CrossWind Kids (grades 1-5) Directed by
Joellen Shaw &
Kathy Wickett.
This high energy choir learns music and movements to contemporary songs sung by the CrossWind Praise Team, as well as perfoming a musical in the spring. During Vacation Bible School week, the group included more than 100 children.
